Lancashire B&B Menu
The comfort and well-being of our bed and breakfast guests is very important to us. After a good night’s sleep, you can enjoy a home-cooked full breakfast or opt for something lighter to start your day. We use locally produced food products wherever possible.
Here is our current breakfast menu:
Cereal and Fruit
Help yourself from our selection of cereals and juices as well as local milk and yoghurt and seasonal local fruit (when available)
Then Please Choose From One Of The Following:
(Fresh Ground Coffee or Leaf Tea included)
Full English
Our own fresh egg, local sausage, black pudding and bacon with
tomatoes, beans and mushrooms. Served with either tea or coffee and hot toast
Full Vegetarian
Our own fresh egg with local vegetarian black pudding, veggie
sausage and a more generous helping of tomatoes, mushrooms and beans. Served with tea or coffee and hot toast
Bacon or Sausage Sandwich
Choice local bacon or sausage served on fresh bread, barm or toast
Eggs on Toast
Two of our own large fresh eggs on toast – choose from poached, fried or scrambled – duck or hen
Fresh Toasted Tea Cake
Served with English Butter
Toast and Jam
With English butter and choice of jam
